We endeavor to keep a reasonable and appropriate number of items in stock, but it is impossible to keep every item in stock. Items are usually shipped within 7 days, but most of the time much sooner than that.

The above rates are via US mail and include delivery confirmation. If you would like insurance, please add an additional 2.00. If you do not receive goods that are not insured, please advise and we will supply the delivery confirmation, but we will incur no other liability for the merchandise not being delivered to its final destination. Such guarantee may be sesured by purchasing insurance as noted above.

If your package arrives opened, or seems as if items are broken inside, please do not accept the package. This way UPS will take it back and your order can be replace quickly.

WE DO ACCEPT:

Checks payable in US funds on a bank in the United States only!
International US Postal money-orders, bank checks, bank drafts and US travelers check.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

Foreign Currency.
Check and Money Orders payable through a foreign bank, including Canada.
Bank Drafts that are sight drafts.

International Shipping

• Europe: A minimum of 30.00 or 25% of the total, whichever is greater
• Asia: A minimum of 40.00 or 30% of the total, whichever is greater
• Africa: We do not ship
• South America: A minimum of 30.00 or 25% of the total, whichever is greater
• Mid-East: A minimum of 40.00 or 30% of the total, whichever is greater

If this time has past and you have not received your package notify us via email at info@themagicow,com. Please advse us know and we will put a claim in and track your package.

OUR RETURN POLICY!

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will be more than happy to replace it. Simply call our customer return dept. at (516) 220-5608 to receive a return authorization number. We will have the defective product picked up and a new one shipped out to you at no extra cost.

Please notify us within one week of the day you receive the defective item. If, however, the damage appears to have been caused during shipping, you must call your local UPS office. A UPS representative will come to look at the product and the box it was shipped in to file a claim. This will insure that you receive a brand new product as quickly as possible. remember, if you have any questions, please call us!
